Can't find multiplayer party

Hello,
Today when i tryed to connect to my friend server like everyday via the section join public server but i couldn't found any server, the loading was infinite and sometimes error 200 occured.
When i saw that i tryed to uninstall and reinstall my game but the bug still remains, i also tryed to connect directly via steam the server of my friend but it didn't worked, it just sayed me "couldn't establish connection with server".
Please help me, thanks a lot !
