I attached a Save File for this Bug, about 10 seconds before it happens.

First encountered in 0.17.25, still not fixed in 0.17.28. Was not happening in 0.17.24 or earlier.

The Problem:
1. Rocket Silo set to Auto Launch with Cargo.
2. Rocket Finished
3. Inserter starts moving with Satellite in hand
4. Rocket Launches
5. Inserter arrives with Satellite in hand AFTER Rocket already launched.

Pretty sure the Rocket should actually wait for the Satellite in this Setting.

I have wasted 3 Rockets because of this, well technically 2 since I saved right before the Launch and might be able to rescue it.

Oh great I just loaded the save file again and apparently it sent solar panels into space because I wanted to cheap out on space and requester chests... I wonder why that did not happen before 0.17.25 though.

Thanks for the report however the rocket silo logic hasn't been changed since mid 0.16 bug fixing. So, if you're having things get launched in rockets it's because you setup inserters to put them into the rockets

Yes, you are probably correct. Ya know it would have been obvious if the Rocket Silo Stats on the top left showed ALL Items and not just Satellites that have been launched into Space, though I do understand that it makes sense to only have things that yield Outputs be listed there.
