[0.17.28] Wires' shadows overlay

1. Shadows are visible when it's dark (moon?).
2. Shadows are drawn over the character.

Hello I'm sorry, but dynamic shadows are more of a feature request than a bug report.

It's kinda ok with shadows at night but aren't shadows drawn over a character a bug?
