Open Settings -> Controls -> Next active quickbar
Set to ALT + . by pushing the combo. NOTE: I use a Dvorak keyboard layout on a Corsair US keyboard, so I am pushing the key marked E to produce a period.
Note that the field has seemingly correctly updated to "ALT + ."
Confirm out.
Fail to get the next quickbar when pushing Alt + . in the game.

Meanwhile, at the same time I set Previous active quickbar to ALT + ' (the key marked Q), and this works fine.
Also, if I set Next active quickbar to ALT + , (key marked W), it works.

Why you guys hate alternative periods?? :'(

ALT + E (seen as Alt+. for you) is the shortcut for "Toggle Exoskeleton" so it's conflicting with that.

So I'm pretty sure it's not a bug.

Ugh, how embarrassing, you are correct sir. Sorry about that.

Maybe a notice when hot-keys conflict in the Settings->Controls window somewhere?
