Two equipment grids for a vehicle?

Hello,

So I'm the dev of the 0.17 version of Electric Vehicles mod and I'm trying to get it to support Bob's Vehicle Equipment.

The problem is that I can't get my electric vehicle to accept Bob's equipment. I can see that in Bob's data-updates.lua file there is a change to base game vehicles' equipment grid. My electric vehicles' equipment grid is

Code: Select all

electric-vehicles-electric-locomotive or
electric-vehicles-electric-car or
electric-vehicles-electric-tank respectively
Maybe there is another way to get these equipment grids to accept Bob's equipment?

I hope I explained my problem well

His equipment probably has a different category than your grids allow. Try adding his equipment category to your grids (the property name is equipment_categories).

Ok, I see. Could you (or someone else) give me a example?

EDIT: How can I access the Bob's mod equipment grid in data-update.lua?

Same as another:
log ("data.raw["equipment-grid"] " .. serpent.block (data.raw["equipment-grid"]))

or with info mod
