so i built some accumulator priority but it has a problem
power switch jumps from on and off like 3 times a second its like a infinite loop

i just did this:
https://imgur.com/a/UtY2sGH so yeah.. i want to do when energy is below 7.5k it will turn on steam engines while it will charge accumulators to 100% then steam engines will turn off

any tips how to do this?

You need a hysteresis so it doesn't constantly switch on and off at the same point. Use this:

Though instead of a power switch I simply switch the water pumps

Also, you only need to connect a single accumulator. All accumulators discharge at the same time, so you can just read one and a charge that goes from 0-100
