Trying to read production statistics from .data file

Hi there,
I wanted to make a API for the production of a specific save file from my headless server.
I just wanted to read what has been produced ever by that save file.
So that I could make a API for it.
I don't want to use mods.
Is this possible?
I am reading the level.dat file and the level-init.dat file.
Does anybody know how to do this?
