[0.17.25] repair pack disappering (personell roboport)

The Situation:
A robot from my personal roboport returns after repairing some stuff with leftover repair packs in his inventory.
My Iventory is completly full and there is no slot for the repair pack.
A message along the lines: "Missing space for the repair pack." is displayed.
What happens:
The robot enters my inventory anyways and the repair packs are destroyed (not dropped in itemform)
What I expect:
The robot fails to enter my inventory till there is room for the repair pack.
