Picture didn't load in the post, so I put it on reddit. Here's a short written explanation. I went out of full screen to bring up excel to calculate recipe timing requirements. When I opened the crafting menu, it took up more space than the resized screen was wide. When I dragged it over to see the crafting side, the inside of the crafting menu was still trimmed and showed a blank space in the part of the GUI that used to be off the screen.
