Deleted Large Power Poles Being Redrawn

Having a random/minor issue with large power poles since the hotfix for the power pole crash. Seems after deleting a string of large power poles, if I drag a new line of large power poles and I happen to move the cursor out of reach and back in, it will cancel drawing the power poles and redraw the poles I just deleted back in their same positions, but not connected with wire. This does not cause a crash and I have only experienced it twice.
For context, currently I am in the process of clearing out a large area from biter nests using laser turret creep method, so lots of clicking and dragging new lines of large power poles and when i'm deleting lines i no longer need i'm holding down the right mouse button to pick them up as I walk.
