Window mode, min zoom. Pic 1 - Size window 2634*1080. Pic 2 - 1200*1080.
Why can not I make the scale as in the picture 2 in the resolution as in the picture 1?
Мaybe scale constraints should be based on the vertical number of pixels?
Pls fix.

The minimum zoom seems to adapt correctly. It's slightly different because of the precision of the increments (if one tick of zoom moves the zoom above the maximum, it's not allowed)

The minimum zoom will not allow more than 200 tiles in either width or height, whichever is largest.
