Crash upon loading .14.22 save

I recently loaded up one of my old worlds from .14, and it crashes upon opening with the following log:

To the best of my knowledge, there are not any mods installed (but it's been a while since I tried to load this game, I started a new one for .15).

You need to load the save in the latest version of 0.14, re-save it, and then you can load it in 0.16.

I loaded it in .14.23, saved it, and tried to open it in .16.51, and I got this error log:
