[0.17.21] Placing items over blueprint resets recipes and limits when placed item is not exact type

1. Boxes
Based on this scenario:
Place iron box
Set iron box limit
Replace iron box with passive supply box
Limit should be kept

Buggy scenario:
Place passive supply box
Set passive supply box limit
Make blueprint from that
Place blueprint
Place iron box on passive supply box position
Extected:
Limit should be kept
Real:
Limit was reseted

2. Factories

Based on this scenario:
Place factory 1
Set factory 1 recipe
Replace factory 1 with factory 2
Recipe should be kept

Buggy scenario:

Place factory 2
Set factory 2 recipe
Make blueprint from that
Place blueprint
Place factory 1 on factory 2 position
Extected:
Recipe should be kept
Real:
Recipe was reseted

I'm placing factory 1 over factory 2 blueprint several seconds after this timecode.

IMHO 0.16 had no such bug.

0.16.51 had other behaviour and that was useful

Thank you for pointing out that it worked in 0.16. This made us recheck the behaviour, and it was indeed a bug. Fixed for the next version.
