Shortcut Bar to 1 line

Shortcut bar can't be resized to one line. Version 0.17.17.

Perhaps it should always have the same number of rows as the quickbar, and then both bars should be centered horizontally as a group.

Thanks for the report however that isn't a bug. The shortcut bar is unrelated to the quickbar.
