So I was raiding a biter nest and my game froze and the grid overlay popped up at that same moment. I have a screenshot of it. I was placing a blueprint near the nest as the biters were attacking, and that's when it froze. Not sure if that's a bug, or just a funky thing. Never had a single crash playing Factorio prior, so I thought it might be something worth sharing. Not sure how to attach but here is a link to a Screenshot I uploaded to Steam.

Not sure what else to say or share. I will check back to see if more info is needed.

Looks like you accidentally paused the game. SHIFT+SPACE is the default mapping for toggling pause mode. If that doesn't work, check what control it is set to.
