0.17 gamma/brightness settings?

I can't seem to find the Gamma/Brightness settings, can someone please point me to them?

I hope they have not been removed, people with failing vision like me really need it.

If it has been removed, could it be that it still exists and is adjustable through some configuration file? (yes, I am *that* desperate for it).

Have you tried tweaking your monitor's settings ?

Factorio has never had gamma/brightness settings, so they were not removed. They'll probably be added in the future, though.

Factorio is NOT the only game or application I use and they work perfectly with the current monitor settings. Tweaking the monitor settings for ja single game and messing it up for everything else is not a viable solution.

Hey, you're the one that used the word "desperate"...

I am a bit surprised as I don't remember things being quite so dark in 0.16 but maybe my memory tricks me.

In any case it is good to hear that it will likely be coming.

If you are using an Nvidia graphics card you can set per-game gamma adjustments in the Nvidia control panel (I think). Similar should be available in ATI equivalent.

If not I'm sure you could write a little windows script to automatically raise the gamma when you start factorio (might have to dig into windows registry to find the command) and lower it again when you close it.
