TL;DR

Make unpowered parts of an electrical network more visually identifiable when in map view.

What ?

Why ?

Because it's possible to miss times when parts of an electrical network go down. An alert comes up - a big electrical pole is being destroyed - but you're too busy with another task in another outpost that you'll end up forgetting if you rush to the area being attacked - then when you're done you forget all about the attack and a part of your base is left unpowered... something like that.

Also resolved by a new notification system, that will log your notifications until you dismiss them.

Having each network a different color would be quite nice.
And having persistent notifications, that would be glorious.
