Errors on mod website

I keep getting "Application error
An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
heroku logs --tail" when I attempt to access the mod website. I tried using the install mod feature in game, but I keep getting fail messages as well.
I've used it with no problems in the past several days. Is this on my end?
