Looking at the Production / Consumption graph, the values for Chemical, Production and Utility science are wrong. (Seems to be about 1/2 what it should be)

What part is wrong? the total or the amount per minute? Or both?

Both, This is after a rocket was launched. Unmoded with default setting preset. Science consumed is lower than required for silo tech.

Don't forget to account for any productivity modules used in the labs.

Labs did use prod1 modules.

But tech worth 1300 utility science was researched. And the graph shows 599 consumed. That is close to half the number of utlity science that was acctualy consumed by the labs.

Also the statistics changes slightly if you change the timespan. "10h" tab shows a different number than the "all" tab. (The game is only 3,5 h long )

Are you feeding labs by taking from other labs?

There is an existing issue that, last time I checked, where the devs decided not to fix it. It's basically partially consumed bottles getting merged with other partially consumed bottles.

Edit:
Found it.

Seems like the same thing, and since Rseding said its a minor issue in the past, I will say its still a minor issue now
