You can download and install the evolve client. And you can use this groups chat to find people to play factorio MP with.

You can also join the irc, which i often see people asking about games also.

Yup I would suggest downloading the Evolve client and join the Hydra group, it has tons of people in all different time zones who would probably be willing to play.
