I did all the achievements in just a little time.
Most of the achievements are made with starter base.
Would like to see something that is worth the struggle.

Maybe:

Mass production 4
Produce 20M Processing units.

Mass production 5
Produce **M Rocket science?.

Something that requires mega base, long expansion.
Please...?

Consume 1.21 GW of power.

Take a look at https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MxlChievements, for a mod that expands and adds adds achievements. You do need a rather large base for some of the achievements available in that module.

Beyond that, the base game has some silly and some interesting achievements. With .17.xx out, I have a recommendation for a somewhat silly one, taken damage by acid.
