Hello, not super used to the forums so if this is formatted incorrectly or not in the right place please excuse me there. Anyways, two of my online friends and I, were trying to start a new world together in .17.9, one of them was able to join with no issue. But the other, after setting up an account on the website, and linking it to steam, was not able to get in. She gets one out of these two errors. She has restarted steam multiple times, reinstalled, and validated files. Any help is appriciated!

Thanks for the report. I've fixed the crash for the next version of 0.17.

The "failed to init steam" error can mean a few things but essentially means either steam isn't running or steam thinks the person doesn't own the game.
