On the research screen, when I hover over unresearched Utility and Production science packs, I get intermediates in the Total raw.

Here it shows intermediates
When I expect to have more raw. Save attached. Is reproducible locally by opening save, opening research screen, and hovering over Utility & Production science.

Thanks for the report however that's working as intended: you haven't researched the recipes for those items yet and so when you view the tooltip it's correct as to the recipes you have available.
