Thanks for the report. It looks like your graphics card is vastly under powered and doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play the game. It's reporting that it only has 128 MB of VRAM when the minimum required VRAM is 512 MB.
You'll need to get a better graphics card.

ok this is a pretty bad bug. everytime im in a train i get dropped from the game

but i have been playing for a whole week on .17 with no problems till today

That's what happens with under-requirements hardware - it maybe does/maybe doesn't work.
