[0.11.3] Canceling blueprint selection with Q

If you use the blueprint tool to select an area but press q instead of letting go of your mouse the blueprint is canceled but left in an odd state. Next time you click on the blueprint in your toolbar it will pop up the blueprint creation window with an icon selected and nothing else.

To reproduce this behavior:
  • put a blueprint in your toolbar
pickup something else from your toolbar (not a blueprint)
    press Q
    click on the blueprint
hold down the mouse and select an area but press q instead of releasing the mouse button
    click on the blueprint

This should give you something like this

This used to work in 0.10.x and 0.11.1

I can confirm this problem, it still happens in version 0.11.6. Here my "report":

After trying to make a blueprint, you can't click on something like an assembler to open the machine inventory anymore.

How to reproduce, at least in my savegame:
  • Click on an empty blueprint in your tool belt.
  • Click on the screen and create a rectangle. It doesn't matter if there's something inside the blueprint space.
  • Before releasing the mouse button, return the blueprint with the Q key (or equivalent) into your tool belt.
Now you can't open any assembler anymore. Opening and closing the inventory doesn't solve the problem, but opening and closing the escape menu does. I don't see any further problems with the blueprint after doing this, only the assembler / other machines are broken.
Re-equipping the blueprint and "finishing" the creation of a blueprint works without a problem, after that the assemblers even work again.
