[0.17.5] Mining productivity research changes displayed price when it's started

The pictures below are self-explanatory. Canceling the research brings me back to picture one.

Before research was started

Or the bug could be that it didn't display Mining Productivity 3 instead.

Well, it should show 2 without research queue (with researching) and 3 with research queue (with available), I will fix that.

Fixed for 0.17.6
