Filter inserters and stack filter inserters cannot take fuel from trains if blacklist option selected for one fuel type (like uranium fuel) inserters should remove other fuel types from locomotives.

On the blueprint you can see that it can take fuels from wagons but not from locomotive.

Inserters don't remove fuel from locomotives, not a bug.
