Add option to restart/load last save on LUA error

TL;DR
When working on mods, especially adapting to a new major release, scripts frequently fail requiring a lengthy process to retry a fixed version.
What ?
When a LUA script fails the game only gives one option, to exit the game. I'm suggesting adding options to restart the game or load the last save if one has been made already.
Why ?
During development LUA failures are a frequent occurance and every second saved for a retry quickly adds up. Having to constantly start a new game or load the last save is a tiresome process that could be reduced to a single click.
