Continue the fix-it of rootnegative

Sometime soon I'll invite people to continue extending the base root fixed here -

Smarty and stelli joined in, both ping under 50 - Latency=66
This was a great run.
We got some more spawners cleared out, and a major extension of the steel production was built.
This seed and settings I called spread hard.
