Tech queues feel very unfinished

I appreciate the tech queue as implemented and it's a huge help to reduce interruptions and let me focus on building the base. I absolutely LOVE the orange color for techs that aren't available yet, but will be when the current queue is done. That rocks!
Just a couple little ideas to make them easier to use:

- "Start Research" is an extremely confusing button for adding a technology to the end of the queue. Ideally, there should be "Add to End of Queue" and "Add to Front of Queue"
- There should be at least a few button mappings specifically for the tech screen. "Start Research" / "Add to research" should default to Enter. Remove current research could default to "Backspace"
- There should be an easy way to rearrange the queue without cancelling everything.
- Finished science should stay in the queue for a while (how long?) to help people track what they need to start using.
