Upgrade blueprints with v17 Upgrade Planner?

With the Upgrade Planner in v0.17 how do you upgrade blueprints as you could with upgrade planner mod?

That's a nice write up - and it has the needed feature. I do like unfiltered upgrade planners will auto-upgrade without have to specifically set it.
