Hi,

I just started a fresh 0.17 game and on the quickbar only the "alt-mode" is available.

In YT videos (with previous versions) I've seen that these actions are available from the start.

Now these actions are blocked behind research.

The context text says:
"This shortcut requires the construction robotics technology"

I started a fresh game also without mods to ensure, that not a mod is the issue.

But the copy tool is quite helpfull at the beginning imho. If you would propose to lock it behin a red blueprint research so it is early on available. Roboport and Leg, yeah make sense.
But stuff like a blueprint or copy tool would be great to have from the start.

Also the behaviour is currently not consistent, as I can still open the blueprint library and get a blueprint...

There are available once you research it even from the start, but locked in the beginning to avoid confussion for new players. not a bug.

You can use console command /unlock-shortcut-bar to unlock it.
