[0.17.3]Robots leaving vehicles when moving fast

Robots are not respecting new feature:
"Changed personal roboports so they won't send construction robots if you're driving in a vehicle that they can't keep up with or if in a train in automatic mode."
When travelling in a train, my robots will jump out to repair or place destroyed entities. Only have bot speed 10.
Train in automatic mode.

Thanks for the save. I was able to reproduce it and it's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
