I have a map originally created in .15? that I am playing with .17. The assemblers do not show me the options for all of the sciences, except for the red. The low density structure also is not available. My assemblers that I created pre-.17 work fine as they were configured pre-.17. Copy and pasting does not copy the recipe. I took a few screen shots of what I am talking about.

Low-density structure's its own separate research in 0.17, if you haven't gone back and researched it in the new tech tree yet I think that'd cause what you're seeing.

Same with every science beyond Automation Science.
