[0.16] Error when launching factorio (Reverted to 0.16)

Hello peeps
So I installed 0.17.2 and I came across a bug in the tutorial or idk?
I can talk about two errors that I went through
Firstly.
The tutorial in 0.17.2, some of the information for the structures are cut off (Text-wise or it's not fully fitting on my screen)
I tried changing my resolution, and tried borderless and full screen as well, plus I reinstalled 0.17.2, but the bug still persists
Secondly
I tried reverting to 0.16 to play some factorio (just for the fun) and then an error popped up saying something about my graphics or something?
Assistance would be greatly appreciated!
