I am a Korean user and I used to play multiplayer in public servers before 0.17 with my Korean friends with no difficulty chatting in Korean characters.
After updating the game to 0.17, I cannot type any Korean characters directly into the console screen or any typable screens.

It is still possible to place Korean characters on any typable screen (like train station names or map tags) using Ctrl+c, v from other places.
I don't know if this problem is only specified to Korean characters.

Do you use an IME for entry?

I don't know how I can find what IME I'm using right know, but I am pretty sure it is standard IME because all other peoples cannot type Korean in chat screen.
