[0.17] The GUI doesn't load or render correctly (missing graphics)

As soon as I load Factorio, and when the menu loads, it doesent load the whole menu.
And this isnt just with the menu its with all the GUIs of the game
I have tried to reset Factorio, and delete it and then reinstall it, but it doesnt fix anything.

Reduce your graphics options. Either edit the settings file or pass the appropriate command line arguments to the executable.

Hello, please post your log.
Press Win + R, type in %APPDATA%\Factorio and click OK. File Explorer should open and you should see file called factorio-current.log.

Not OP, but I'm experiencing an identical bug. My log file is attached.

@TPDW: Thanks for the log. I just noticed your graphics driver is extremely old (from ~2013). Can you update it please?
