Same problem was in 17.1 and probably 17.0.

Probably it's the same problem, with FileUtil, like in my other ticket, where I'm not able to rewrite the save file viewtopic.php?f=7&t=65119

Thanks for the report. You'll need to update windows (windows updates) to fix this issue.
