[0.17.1] Blueprint Editing

If I right click a blueprint from inventory I can edit it, but if I right click it from the blueprint pane I can't. I'm not sure if this is intentional.

Editing a blueprint from a blueprint library isn't supported (yet) as it wasn't supported even in 0.16. This will be addressed in the blueprint library gui update.
