[Rseding91] [0.17.1] After updating mod, mod-list doesn't show new version until restart.

Update a mod, then return to the mod list and it will still show the old 0.16 version until factorio is restarted.
Thanks for the report. This is a known mechanic of that GUI and likely won't be changing. the update hasn't been installed until the restart is finished.
In one of the future versions of 0.17 it will be tweaked to only actually apply any changes done in the GUI when you click confirm and use the standard "pending changes" when clicking back/escape.
