Server Stopped Working

My friend and I have put 60 hours into a save It has worked perfectly until today when I started the server. I can connect fine with localhost and with the IP but my friend keeps getting Cannot establish network connection. I have checked my port forwarding and nothing has changed and nothing looks out of the ordinary in the server console.
