Add to the tasks of the station/train check the conditions for the use of a logical signal for the departure of the train from the station. For example, let go the train when receiving a signal G=1. Since LTN does not save this task in the train when updating the task list. By the way, for convenience, this check the conditions can be added to each task of each station, since it check the conditions will not be mandatory for implementation and will not violate the LTN operating procedure.

LTN already has a mod setting "Schedule Circuit Condition", terrible name though.
What it does is add AND red = 0 OR green >= 1 to every stop, including depots. Those allow forcing trains out or locking them in stops as you please.
