Will 32-Bit Support Be Added?

We have decided to buy this game, and one thing is blocking us: 32-Bit support.
Steam page says that game doesn't support 32-bit PC's; but our 2 friends are using 32-bit PC's. So I just wanted to ask that will 32-bit support be added?

As an FYI, most PCs that I've encountered running 32 bit OSes are actually running hardware that supports 64 bit. I know it's a pain, but it may be worth their time to look into if their hardware supports 64 bit and possibly changing to a 64 bit operating system.
