[Mod Request] Turret spin-up time

I find it a little bit too cheesy how biter nests can be easily destroyed by placing turrets (either manually or with blueprints). I'd like newly-placed turrets to only start working after 5s-10s (customizable time would be nice) so that they would be ineffective as an offensive mechanism.
