Bug with placing blueprints over existing inserters [0.16.51]

I have an assembly line, copied from a blueprint, but I manually connected output inserters to my logistic network, so I don't have to limit my chests. But when I put the same blueprint over this assembly line with shift+click - connection to logistic network disappears, leaving me with 4.8k radars in my chest. I was trying to put blueprint on top again, because when I was placing it the first time I hadn't all needed researches. I tried to replicate this bug, and it happens every time. Is it intended that connection being removed?

Seems to be working as intended, as pasting a blueprint over an entity compatible with the blueprint changes the settings to match what's stored in the blueprint.
