Squeak Through, Long Reach, Auto Research, Vehicle Snap, Bottleneck, and my newest favorite Even Distribution.
These will all be missed when 0.17 comes out and I go for my Lazy Bastard Railworld vanilla run.

Few mods played , but longest playthrough is probably
Custom Terrain Generation and most games started is with
Rampant.

Teleportation. Without it, moving around the base would take a terribly long time, since it is divided into parts connected by a railway network.

Bob's and Angel's mods are my favorites. I like to plan more complex systems with waste products. I appreciate also that these mods are somewhat based on real world so that recipes are easy to understand and remember if I have basic knowledge about chemical processes in industry. Some other complex mods with fully fictive materials and recipes are very hard to get really into.

My "100% required mods":
Bottleneck
Squeak Through
YARM (Resource Monitor)
Upgrade Planner
Resource Spawner Overhaul
Auto Deconstruct (Auto marks depleted drills for deconstruction)
EvoGUI (Small information widget)
Foreman (BP manipulator)
Helmod (Planning Calculator)
Auto Research
Nanobots: Early Bots (Adds a nanobot gun to build ghosts pre-conbots)
Nixie Tubes
Other than the bottom two (and RSO); none of these mods adds or modifies entities. I tend to use all of these in practically every save (and I'm kinda leaning towards using
Picker Extended on some saves.)
