This mod helps make ratios simpler for nuclear power generation.

Since the conveyor speeds (or rather, capacity) have been tweaked for 0.17, there was some discussion following the FFF update about tweaking other things to have nicer ratios. I chimed in and mentioned that nuclear power was kind of wonky, with steam turbines and heat exchangers not really having a good ideal ratio. The main reason for this is that heat exchangers heat water to 500 C, which is a delta of 485 C from 15 C, not a very round number (unlike boilers which heat to 165 C, exactly 150 C delta). So I just bumped up the temperature to 515 C, and the ratios come out very nicely at 5 turbines to 3 heat exchangers.

It works out pretty well with a standard 4 reactor setup, you need exactly 48 heat exchangers, 80 turbines, and 4 water pumps. If you add reactors in multiples of 3, the ratios stay nice, 10 reactors -> 144 heat exchangers, 240 turbines, 12 pumps.

How did you bump up to 515º?

I love perfect ratios, but nuclear power isn't about it. You just overkill your power demands and do not bother about lost heat. Uranium consumption is negligible anyway.

The entire mod is just two lines of code, one sets the target temperature of heat exchangers to 515, the other sets the maximum temperature of turbines to 515.
