Mall Providing station

I am tryng LTN for the first time 
After having the same problem that trains in the depot still have items i learnd to clean them up

In the sample map is a station called "Universal Station 2" which is the thing I would like to have. My Problem with this station is that it does not read the contents of the logitic system. It uses fixed values from an constant combinator.
I tried to hook it up to the provider chests but it does not work.
TLDR: Is there a provide everything from bot network station design to provide every thing to the LTN?
