Modportal failed (In Game) ?

Hello everybody
I have not been able to download any Mods for several weeks in the game, it gives the error message that the contact to the modportal failed.
I have already tried everything, reinstalling, virus monitor issued and much more.
my operating system Windows 10
can someone help me what to do?
