Me and a Friend were playing multiplayer, him hosting, we had been playing for a solid 10 hours straight. Until I suddenly disconnected and now neither of us is able to download the map. It has an estimated download time of 3 hours but in about a minute I loose connection to the server anyway. (any server, including random public ones). Also its download speed is minuscule

Initially he was hosting from his computer and I connected through steam.
We are both running windows 10, and Factorio version 0.16.51
His Net Speed is: 60 Download and 20 Upload with a ping of 37 (Based on speedtest.net results)
My Net Speed is: 100 Download and 10 Upload with a ping of 15 (Based on speedtest.net results)

Things we have tried

• Me hosting

• Both of us hosting a new map (thinking our current map might be corrupt)

• Both of us Forwarding the necessary ports and connecting to each others direct IP addresses

• Connecting with a VPN (Hamatchi)

• Verifying the integrity of the game cache

• Completely Uninstalling the Game

• Deleting all the game files (including the "Factorio" file in %appdata%)

• Completely Reinstalling the Game

• Both of us have made our IPs static

• We tried resetting winsock in cmd (Didn't seem to do anything)

• Tried to connect with our firewalls completely disabled

Something Somewhere seems to be Jamming, blocking or bottle-necking our connection somehow.
